ENERGY SAVING AND $
I have observed that some condominiums, as well as some apartments have been designed to SPEND A LOT OF ENERGY, a hotel in USA says "WE LET THE LIGHT ON...", yes indeed, in the past architects and owners just linked to the item economy, the beauty was always first when you hire an architect to decorate your home . But times change, and also the techniques that customers' needs well.
Let us for example to assess the internal illumination of a dining room, where there are usually two or more projection lamps, with a consumption of about 1,300 watts each ... Yes it is very to the present day, for about 30 watts would do better if using LED. The LED does not punch existed for about 5 years, so now we need to check which luminaires can and should be replaced every garden and apartments. Already got about up to 80% savings on bills condominiums, with spending on lighting.
What change?
1 - Reflectors gardens in condominiums and homes.
2 - powerful lamps lining in dining rooms, sitting, receiving condos, etc.
3 - Lamps emergency stairs in the hall can be easily improved.
Where not change?
1 - to 5-watt bulbs, which use little, fluorescent T-5 type (usually quite economical but emit harmful UV radiation much), I suggest replacing them when they burn, taking maximum advantage of its useful life (the manufacturing is with these particular purpose).
What changes with the use of LED?
This is a photo emitter and not a lamp, so we must innovate, pointing to the new emitter locations to be lit and no longer rely on the lighting of the entire environment, only the area of interest will be highlighted. Point issuers, protecting users' view on the area to be illuminated: frames, tables, cabinets, never point directly to the eye of the beholder or use equipment, LED emitters are generally very strong and pointed to the view tornma of users is extremely unpleasant. Point to objects and tables.
The big news is that it can be used in freezers to -40 ° C, cabinets, etc.. Due to low consumption can be powered by rechargeable batteries.
